A Little Trivia

This winery has an interesting history. It was founded by a group of Israeli scientists who wanted to pursue their passion for wine-making and to use their scientific skills to the best effect. The vineyard is located in the beautiful Judean Hills and its terraced hillside provides stunning views of Jerusalem and the surrounding landscape. As if that weren't enough, they also have a very unusual practice: every night at sunset, they release doves into the vineyard as a symbol of peace.
